ANSWER: A professional who has completed “The gold standard in health coaching education” at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. The only program designed in collaboration with the Institute of Functional Medicine based in Chicago, USA. An approved health and wellness coaching program by the National board of Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).

So how do we help clients?

  • We use functional medicine principles and positive psychology coaching techniques to:

  • Motivate clients to reach their ultimate health vision for themselves.

  • Coach clients through dietary changes, food plans and physical activity protocols.

  • Offer tools and accountability when clients implement new lifestyle changes.

  • Work directly with the client’s practitioner when appropriate and help educate them, so they understand the doctors plan of care.

  • Lead clients through group coaching on specific topics.
